제가 그림을 뽑아내는 과정에 대해서 질문을 많이 받은터라, 간략한 작업 과정을 알려드리려고 작성합니다.

WD1.2와 novelAI 믹싱버젼입니다. WD1.2는 자세나 인체 표현이 아쉬운 부분이 많아서 믹스버젼을 사용합니다.
1. 뭘 그릴 것인지?
항상 실패하지 않는 빅토리안 걸 + 금발 + 흰색 빅토리안 드레스 컨셉으로 잡아보고, 거기에 맞춰서 기존에 사용중이던 프롬프트를 수정해줍니다.

- 중국발 네거티브 프롬프트인데, 전반적인 퀄리티가 좋아져서 사용중입니다. 이전엔 훨씬 짧은 네거티브 프롬프트를 사용했습니다.

2. txt2txt
위 프롬프트를 기입 후, 아래와 같이 값을 맞춰줬습니다.
scaling steps가 높을수록 여러번 ai가 작업을 하기때문에 디테일이 더 좋아지지만, 지금은 전체적인 분위기만 잘 잡아주면 되니 32정도로 맞춰줍니다.
샘플링 메소드는 애니풍을 그리시는 분들은 대부분 euler a나 euler를 사용하는걸로 압니다. 제 경우는 DDIM이 제 취향에 맞는 결과물에 가장 부합해서 해당 방식을 사용중입니다.
CFG scale은 여러번 시도해보시고 취향껏 맞춰주시는게 좋은데, scale이 낮을수록 선명도는 떨어지지만 분위기가 좋아지는 것 같아 전 8~10정도로 사용중입니다.
대량으로 뽑아낸 이미지 중, 마음에 드는걸 하나 골라줍니다.
이 이미지를 우선 잡아봅니다.
3. img2img
crop and resize를 선택 시 해상도 비율이 어느정도 안맞으면 비율을 수정하는 것 대신 잘라내주기 때문에, 이걸 선택해줍니다.
sampling steps는 두배인 64로 맞춰줬습니다.
denoising strength가 낮을 수록 원본 이미지와 유사한 이미지를 뽑아냅니다.너무 달라지면 img2img의 의미가 별로 없기때문에, 0.6~0.65사이를 주로 사용중입니다.
이 이미지가 결과물들 중 마음에 들어, 다음단계로 넘어가봅니다.
다음단계는 얼굴부분만 확대하여 다시 합성해주는 단계로, 귀찮거나 이미지 편집이 어려우신 분은 스킵하셔도 됩니다.
4. 업스케일링(webUI의 Extras)
가로세로 2배씩, 업스케일러는 SwinIR_4x를 사용해주고, 나머지 수치도 맞춰줍니다.
다른 업스케일러 대비 시간은 오래걸리지만 품질이 마음에 들어 사용중입니다.
GFPGAN은 얼굴부분을 AI가 수정해주는 기능인데, 너무 실사같은 느낌 위주라 개성이 죽어 사용하지 않고 있습니다.
예시입니다. 눈매나 입술, 코가 너무 일률적으로 변해서 전 좀 별로더군요.
5. 크롭 후 inpaint
업스케일한 이미지에서 머리부분만 832*832 해상도로 잘라줬습니다.
위 이미지와 같이 인페인팅을 적용할 범위를 지정하고, 크롭된 이미지와 해상도를 맞춰줍니다.
인페인팅으로 만들어진 얼굴을 포토샵을 통해 합성해주고, 전체적인 색감 후보정을 해준 후 마무리합니다. 이 부분은 개인의 취향에 맞춰야할 부분이라 자세한 설명은 생략했습니다.
